2017 has some big plans for the magicIAN Tour. This year we plan on producing an entire grand-scale illusion show with a crew to go from theater to theater. MagicIAN will still stick to his roots of doing private parties and corporate events but plans for this year to include things much bigger on par with what some of the most famous magicians in the world are doing. We will start at 2 or 3 grand illusion shows a month and it will grow from there. The reason for these shows is that it will take The magicIAN Tour’s brand to the next level and the name will begin to grow on a more massive scale not possible before. The goal for 2017 is to produce just as many public shows as private events by the time 2018 rolls around. After the first few large production shows are a success then it will snowball into other theatrical venues very quickly. The mannequin challenge has become very popular by a rapper. You may have seen people doing this challenge but when you get a group of magicians together things get crazy. This has become a very controversial challenge because of people posing in aggressive stances or doing this challenge in an illegal way. The popularity has grown over the weeks because of much media attention from these people. Our goal was to tackle this challenge and create a cool, amazing, and magical video.

Magicians are known for creating methods to deceive an audience into believing an illusion. This is what makes the mannequin challenge great for a group of magicians. This challenge was created at a restaurant where magicians meet from all over Orange County and other parts of southern California every Monday. Check out the video below.
